We are pleased to present "Snow Melting Water," a solo exhibition of the photographer Mika Horie. This will be her first solo show at Sokyo Atsumi, following one this past autumn at Sokyo (Gion). Born in Kyoto, Horie has been based since 2013 at a studio in Kaga Onsen, Ishikawa Prefecture. There she captures the natural landscape that continuously changes with the seasons, using the cyanotype process and printing on washi paper that she makes by hand.
